Terms and conditions:
All members of the group must be from the same company and all registrations must be submitted together to qualify. Discount applies to packages of equal or lesser value.  Early Bird prices do not apply.  This offer is not combinable with any other discounts.  Regular, non-discounted package prices will apply.

How to Register:
Online registration is not available for the team discount. To get the SD West group registration discount, please send the completed group registration form for each registrant to the SD West registration department one of the following ways:
